Method 


1. Start by preparing all the ingredients. Cook chicken breast and bacon then dice the chicken and crumble the bacon. Hard boil eggs, peel them and chop them into small pieces. Dice the avocado, half the cherry tomatoes and slice the green onions.


2. In a large salad bowl arrange mixed salad greens as the base.

Ingredients


*  Mixed salad greens, 4 cups 

*  Chicken breast cooked, shredded, 1 cup

*  Shrimp cooked and peeled, 1 cup

*  Red bell pepper sliced, 1/2 cup

Method 


1. In a large salad bowl combine mixed salad greens shredded chicken cooked shrimp shredded carrots sliced cucumber red bell pepper red onion coriander and mint. Toss gently to mix ingredients.


2. In a separate small bowl whisk together the lime juice fish sauce soy sauce honey sesame oil vegetable oil minced garlic grated ginger and red pepper flakes if using.


3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat it  all ingredients.
